How do I order?
All availability can be checked on our store - this will appear as 'Buy it now' or 'Preorder'. You can tap these buttons or just add items to basket, then pay! It's as easy as that.
When will my order be shipped?
All of our items are lovingly and intricately handmade-to-order meaning every single piece is different, therefore processing times can vary dependant on order volumes. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be made and shipped. If we have any ready-made items, we will dispatch this within 5 working days of receiving your order.
What is your shipping method and how long does it take?
We ship all of our items Royal Mail 48 hour tracked, and orders can be expected to be received within 2 working days. Please note, Royal Mail delays are out of our control.
If you live within the Bury/Radcliffe area (BL8, BL9, M26), you can choose free local delivery at checkout.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently only deliver within the UK.
Do you make custom orders?
We do! I love to crochet and make peoples visions come to life! If you are looking for something in particular, please drop us an email at hello@ilnodouk.co.uk with your ideas, inspiration and any photos, and we can work together to see what we can create for you.
Do you sell physical gift cards?
All our gift cards are digital and can be purchased in values of £10, £25, £50 and £100. You can choose to send this directly to yourself or a recipients email address.
Can I use a discount code against purchasing a gift card?
Discount codes cannot be applied toward the purchase of a gift card. However, when you use the gift card to purchase an item, you can use any current valid discount codes towards your order at checkout.
My discount code isn't working, what do I do?
When we offer a discount code there may be some limitations, which will be explained when it advertised. Some will have a limited number of uses and some will have one use only availability. If you are unsure, please check our social media outlets to view the terms of use.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
We want you to love your order, but we do understand sometimes things don't work out. Please get in touch and we can discuss anything at all.
Custom Orders: These items are made specifically for you, which means we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
How do I care for my IL NODO bag?
All of our items are made with recycled t-shirt yarn and are branded with a wooden tag. We recommend spot cleaning where possible, but for a full clean, hand wash gently in cool water with mild soap and try to keep the tag as dry as possible. If this does get wet, pat dry to absorb some of the moisture. To dry, reshape the bag, lay flat to dry, and keep out of direct sunlight.
When storing your bag, keep this in a cool dry place. We recommend not overloading the bag with heavy items for long periods, as this can lead to the t-shirt yarn stretching over time. If the bag is more structured like the Serata bags, store it upright to help maintain the shape.
